Our personnel are trained in accordance with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) Standard, Occupational Health and Safety OHS Act and are cleared of criminal records as per Regulation.

  • Personnel Deployment: OHS and Security personnel are strategically deployed around the clock, guaranteeing comprehensive coverage and immediate response capabilities.
  • OHS Inductions: Prior to the event’s commencement, we conduct detailed Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) inductions, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of safety protocols and procedures.
Event Day: Execution & Oversight
  • Operational Execution: Our team ensures seamless execution of all role players and suppliers’ tasks as outlined in their operational plans. This meticulous oversight minimizes disruptions and ensures a cohesive event flow.
  • Safety & Reputation Management: With an emphasis on accident prevention, we mitigate risks to avoid incidents and injuries during the event. Furthermore, our vigilance extends to managing potential reputational risks, such as Ambush Marketing, safeguarding the event’s image and integrity.

Strike Day: Breakdown & Load-Out
  • Equipment Reconciliation: Our team meticulously reconciles all equipment delivered by suppliers, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely returns.
  • Safety Oversight: OHS Safety personnel remain deployed on-site throughout the breakdown/load-out phase, ensuring all production crews adhere to legal requirements and safety standards.
  • Access Control & Accreditation: With a focus on maintaining security integrity, we enforce strict access control measures and ensure the continuation of accreditation protocols, safeguarding the venue and assets.
